Technological advancements, economic factors, changing demographic patterns and shifting societal norms continue to make a significant impact on the organization of work and the required knowledge, skills and competencies. In order to pursue the objectives of career development and employability, individuals are increasingly expected to take personal responsibility for their learning and ensure that their knowledge, skills and competencies remain updated and relevant.
