Eleni Lamprou is a Research Fellow at ALBA Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece. She has previously held positions at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Lancaster University. She has teaching and research interests in the areas of organizational change, organizational learning, leadership and technology management. Her work has been published in international refereed journals, such as Organization Studies and Leadership. She has co-chaired and co-organised international conferences, as well as received recognition for her conference presentations (recipient of the Best Paper from a Doctoral Dissertation award, Organizational Development and Change Division, 2010 Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management). She has participated in research projects funded by the European Commission and national agencies. She also has an interest in innovative learning models and has experience and qualifications in the design and delivery of online learning environments.

Raymond is a Principal Lecturer in Tourism in the Business Faculty. He joined the University as a Visiting Lecturer in 2007, having previously taught a variety of subjects in a number of colleges and schools, having previously been Head of English at a college and a Deputy Head of a school, amongst other posts. He also spent several years making a living in the tourism industry, having worked as a Chef de Train for the French Travel Service and as a programme planner for British Airways.
He is currently fully engaged in teaching and research at all levels, with particular research interests in cultural tourism and heritage; dark tourism; museums; aspects of entrepreneurship and employability. Sustainability and good management of Tourism is at the heart of his approach to the industry.
Raymond is currently researching his PhD on the theme of dark tourism, and writing academic papers in this fascinating and engaging topic. In addition to academic responsibilities, Raymond is also responsible for student recruitment and admission to the Business Faculty, and this aspect of his role involves recruiting students from the UK and around the world to one of our many programmes, and reading a lot of UCAS personal statements.

Έχει κάνει σπουδές στο Τμήμα Νομικής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Από τον Ιανουάριο του 2004 έως και τον Απρίλιο του 2015 εργάστηκε ως Σύμβουλος Σταδιοδρομίας στο Γραφείο Διασύνδεσης του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (Ε.Κ.Π.Α.) όπου είχε συνεχή επιμόρφωση στον τομέα της Συμβουλευτικής και Επαγγελματικού Προσανατολισμού και παρείχε υπηρεσίες συμβουλευτικής σταδιοδρομίας και προσανατολισμού σε αποφοίτους, φοιτητές και μαθητές Λυκείου.
